About the Role

This opportunity offers the chance to join a leading M&A Tax team, working on some of the largest buy-outs in Europe and collaborating with major private equity houses and infrastructure funds. It provides the ideal platform for building a strong client portfolio, refining technical expertise, and developing meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Transaction Engagement:

  • Expanding M&A tax skills by working with a diverse client base, including large international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds, multinational corporations, and emerging capital providers
  • Participating in all aspects of the deal cycle, including due diligence services, tax structuring, SPA and financing document input, post-acquisition implementation, and reorganizations
  • Providing ongoing advisory support to portfolio companies preparing for sale

Business Development & Professional Growth:

  • Engaging in client business development activities and contributing to strategic initiatives
  • Enhancing marketing and networking skills within the industry
  • Developing technical expertise through structured training and coaching, as well as mentoring junior team members
  • Being part of a team committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with international clients
  • Prior M&A tax experience within a professional services firm is preferred
  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and prioritize effectively
