International Tax Advisor – 6 months

Interim international tax job requires an International Tax Advisor for this interim tax job which is based in the UK and can be worked remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Reporting to, and supporting, the International Tax Lead for this organisation, the duties can be varied depending on the key experience of the successful applicant. However, key areas currently include: due diligence of acquired businesses and work on their integration into the Group; project manage a subgroup and their growth across Eastern Europe – monitoring their compliance and reporting requirements for new and existing entities; implement controls for new entities across Europe; support on other European focused tax advisory projects.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have an international tax background, ideally from a PLC/UK setting. Any previous M&A experience will be seen as favourable. You will be happy to commit to the 6 months duration, and will be living in the UK with the experience to self manage remote working.
