What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead a range of activities for clients in your portfolio, including:

  • Up-front scoping and engagement planning
  • Collaborating with the Data Management team on data collection strategies
  • Reviewing and submitting tax accounting schedules
  • Providing technical approval for corporation tax returns
  • Identifying opportunities for related services and helping clients manage tax risks
  • Maintaining a high level of client contact and managing your workload effectively
  • Budget management and staff development

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong UK corporate tax skills
  • Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA) or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Client service mindset with flexibility to meet client needs
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior client personnel
  • Aptitude for business development through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities
  • Effective delegation and coaching skills for junior staff
