Accounts Payable Specialist
Essential Functions

- Daily maintenance of client accounting records. This includes journal entries related to payroll, payments, expenses and accruals along with processing and review of accounts payable invoices
- Provide client service on a range of matters including recording and analyzing transactions, reconciliations, and preparation of financial workpaper packages
- Preparation and/or review of cash reporting
- Preparation of payments via wire and checks
- Maintaining client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities
- Monthly or quarterly client financial report preparation, including completion of bank account reconciliations.
- Assistance in the coordination of annual tax packages
- Communicate with clients
- Completion of special projects at direction of client and/or management.

Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree in accounting or related field
- Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Private fund administration experience
