We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in US taxation to lead and expand the US tax services within our client’s thriving practice. As a US Tax Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to emerging startups, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and expertise in US business tax matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on complex tax issues.
  • Stay abreast of changes in US tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive tax solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including networking, client presentations, and proposal writing, to expand the US tax practice.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in US business tax, with a focus on advising clients on international tax matters.
  • Strong technical expertise in US tax laws and regulations, including experience with cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax planning strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • CPA or JD/LLM qualification preferred.
