The Treasury Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate and timely journalization of all treasury transactions (including debt, investment and derivative instruments), bank cash activities and in-house bank activities on a global basis. The purpose is to safeguard financial integrity, contribute to risk management, and drive process improvements, ultimately supporting the Company’s growth and informed decision-making. The Treasury Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with standards and regulations while actively contributing to the strategic financial goals of the Company.

Cash and In House Bank Accounting:
* Generate accurate and timely accounting entries for Cash transactions.
* Oversee In House Bank activities and ensure proper accounting treatment.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Transactions:
* Manage accounting processes for external debt, internal term notes, and other financial transactions.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accounting entries.

Hedge and Derivative Accounting:
* Implement and maintain accounting procedures for hedge and derivative transactions.
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of hedging strategies.

* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of hedging strategies. Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment

Financial Reporting:
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to treasury activities.
* Provide support for internal and external audit processes.
* Generate reports to communicate treasury accounting results to management.

Process Improvement:
* Continuously evaluate and improve treasury accounting processes.
* Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CTP certification is a plus.
* 7+ years of relevant experience in treasury accounting, to include FX, derivative, and hedge accounting.
* Proven experience in treasury accounting, with a focus on Cash, In House Bank, and financial transactions.
* Strong understanding of hedge and derivative accounting principles.
* Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
* Experience with Kyriba, or any other similar TMS, is needed, including experience setting up and maintaining a TMS accounting module.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
