Senior FP&A Analyst
Responsabilities
- Oversee the Financial Planning of the organization including the preparation and roll-up of the company budget and quarterly forecast models.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of budget, forecast and business plan for the controlled Sipcam Agro Solution guaranteeing alignment of intercompany sales and balances (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Analyze and reconcile variations of actuals vs budget/forecast (sales, margin, costs, expenses, working capital, NFP, …)
- Prepare periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly) for internal use and for the parent company top management
- Provide monthly G&A variance analysis to identify any discrepancies and monitor results compared to budget and/or forecast.
- Provide monthly capex variance analysis compared to budget and/or forecast.
- Develop financial models to improve efficiency of budgeting/forecasting process
- Assist the Vice President of Finance with specific projects and analysis
- Cover AP/AR and cash flow activities when needed
Requirements
Education
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the Agrochemical sector is a great plus
- Plant cost accounting is a plus
Key Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Linking, etc.
- Good PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- JDE/Oracle experience is a plus.
- Experience with BI data reporting tools is a plus.
