With a prestigious client base ranging from private AIM to FTSE listed companies, you will be responsible for working with them to design and implement the right employee incentive arrangements. Flexible working, reduced hours and job shares are options available for the right individual.

This role will see you lead the equity reward practice in the North. You will ideally be based in Manchester however Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Edinburgh and Glasgow are also other potential locations. As well as a track record of delivering high quality employee incentives work, you will also need to be market-facing and have a successful track record of winning work. You will be supported by a local and national team, and benefit from ample opportunity to progress as the success of the team will directly translate to supporting your personal and business cases to achieve the next step on the career ladder.
