Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Wealth Tax Director to join the growing Private Client Team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tax affairs of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs while building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax legislation and practice.
  • Serve as an expert in your specialist field, adept at handling complex tax issues.
  • Educate and advise clients on tax strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to deliver high-quality service and identify opportunities for additional client support.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills, guiding junior team members and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education; ideally CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable post-qualified experience in private wealth tax advisory.
  • Excellent technical proficiency and ability to navigate complex tax challenges.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
