This market leading technology group is looking to appoint a CFO, who will lead a team of 7 in country CFOs across Northern Europe. Working with the regional CEO, you will define the operating rhythm for finance across the jurisdictions, driving world class business partnering and informing senior decision making. As part of the leadership team for the region, this is a really high profile role, and will demand commerciality, stakeholder management and expert people leadership. You will be a qualified accountant, with a demonstrable track record of transformation and change management, as well as the ability to outline and then deliver corporate strategy. Experience in the technology, media, telecoms or business services sector are preferred, but other backgrounds will be considered. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, but the successful candidate should expect relatively frequent travel. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £170-200,000 + market leading benefits, as well as a seat at the table of a progressive and exciting organisation that are continually expanding in to new markets and sectors.
