Senior Manager, Financial Services Transaction Tax

We are working on some Senior Manager level tax transaction roles within financial services where you’ll play a pivotal role in helping international and multinational companies align their tax strategies with their business objectives.

As a Senior Manager you’ll be part of a dynamic group of professionals, providing a blend of international tax and transaction advisory services to clients in Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, collaborate closely with clients, and tackle technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead tax projects with a focus on technical excellence and practical business solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and delegation.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced tax practitioner with expertise in international tax.
  • Professional qualifications such as ATT / ACA / CA / CTA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with financial services clients.
  • Strong academic background or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of coaching and developing junior team members.
