Josie is the Head of Tax for Nestlé Health Science. During the first twelve years of her career, she worked in the Big 4 public accounting firms. After that time, she accepted the position of Director, Taxation where she worked for over nine years as the Head of Tax for Canada’s largest dry-bulk shipping company.
Josie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accountancy) from Concordia University. She obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida and has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course (Years 1, 2 & 3). Josie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Massachusetts and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) registered with the Quebec Order of CPA’s.
Josie is currently the International Senior Vice President for the Tax Executives Institute (TEI).

As Vice President and Chief Tax Officer for NextEra Energy, Inc., Joe Reese is responsible for all tax related matters including strategy, domestic and international tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, federal, state & local tax compliance, provision & forecasting, state tax planning, controversy, tax policy initiatives, and management.
Joe has extensive tax planning operations, controversy and government relations experience. Prior to joining NextEra, Joe served for eight years in various tax leadership roles for BP. In his last role, Senior Managing Tax Counsel – Alaska, Joe led the tax department in Alaska, negotiated royalty and production tax settlements with the State of Alaska, negotiated fiscal terms for the $50 B AK LNG Project, and testified on tax matters in front of the Alaska Legislature.
Prior to BP, Joe was an associate in the tax department of two law firms: Paul Hastings in Atlanta and Shutts & Bowen in Miami. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from West Virginia University, a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Master of Laws in tax from University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia and the Edison Electric Institute’s Tax Analysis and Research Subcommittee (TARS).
Patrick stodel

Patrick has spent the majority of his 20-year career working in-house at three Fortune 500 multinational organizations.
Patrick began his career working at a regional CPA firm before taking an entry-level position at Levi Strauss & Co. Seven years later, Patrick moved to Mckesson Corporation, where he served as the Director of Tax Planning, eventually moving to a Senior Director position with responsibility for transfer pricing, controversy and planning functions. During his tenure at McKesson, Patrick also moved to Europe and served as the group Head of UK and Irish tax. Patrick is now the Head of Tax for West Pharmaceutical Services Inc.
