Transfer Pricing Manager
Responsabilities:
- Demonstrating effective organization and time management skills associated with contacting advisors and tax authorities regarding transfer pricing audits.
- Demonstrating ability to understand and analyze large volume of financial data as well as intercompany agreements.
- Managing expectations for staff as well as senior management.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Demonstrating an appropriate level of attention to detail.
- Being resourceful and find ways to be more efficient.
- Being flexible to work in excess of standard hours, when necessary, for example, conference calls with advisors in different time zones.
- Being available for potential travel opportunities when necessary.
- Being proactive and suggest viable solutions when applicable; and
- Working closely with team members as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Managing transfer pricing documentation deadlines
- Managing preparation of transfer pricing models
- Assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits
- Engaging in knowledge sharing; conduct research and stay up to date on transfer pricing issues.
- Communicating with the client, outside advisors and various teams within the company
- Leading and coordinating meetings/conference calls for transfer pricing planning purposes
- Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to transition between various responsibilities.
Requirements
- 7 – 10 years of transfer pricing experience at a Big 4 or in a private industry Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
