Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions
Our client is a Strategic Advisory Firm that specializes in M&A Advisory and is a leading player in the $60B Equipment Rental Industry. They are actively seeking an experienced and talented Vice President of M&A to join their team.
The firm is based in Colorado Springs, but this is a 100% Full Remote Opportunity. They strongly emphasize a culture of work-life balance with a typical work week looking like 40-50 hours a week and very light client travel when needed.
The company is unique in that they serve the more prominent players in the Financial Services industry, similar to the Big 4 Firms, however, unlike at the larger firms, you’ll be an integral part of the entire deal process overseeing the acquisitions from the start to finish!!!
– Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
– Yearly Bonus: Average is between 20-50% based on performance/deals (has paid 40-50% each of the last three years)
– Healthcare, Dental, and Vision through Anthem Blue Cross
– PTO is very flexible, not watching the clock.
– With Base, Bonus, and Benefits the Total Comp will be between $225,000 – $250,000!!!
