The VAT Manager will be a customs specialist ready to work independently under the guidance of the firms’ VAT Directors. In this capacity you will provide ad hoc transactional VAT advice (with minimal compliance), lead Customs Senior Accounting reviews and liaise with HMRC on clients’ behalf. Your ability to perform these duties will be evidenced by prior advisory work in VAT and/or cross border trade. As an ideally CTA-VAT (or equivalent) qualified manager, your interpersonal skills will also be essential.
