VAT Manager
We are pleased to be working on an exciting new opportunity with a global business, looking to appoint an experienced Indirect Tax professional to a newly created role in their London office. This is a great chance to join a fast-paced environment and take ownership of VAT matters across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and streamline VAT processes and reporting
- Lead on VAT systems and tools implementation
- Support risk management and controls
- Oversee compliance and filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external advisors
- Deliver training and regular tax updates internally
- Manage VAT registrations and audits
- Provide day-to-day support on VAT queries
- Spot opportunities for process and planning improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of EMEA VAT experience, ideally from both practice and in-house
- Strong understanding of EU VAT rules
- Systems implementation exposure is a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
