An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join this well-established business as a US/UK Tax Director. This firm works with an enviable client base, businesses and individuals that fuel the economy, and it prides itself on the strong and long-lasting relationships it builds with them. You will put your people skills to good use as you work with your portfolio of clients and act as their trusted advisor. Your role will be truly varied, encompassing a wide range of technical work as well as being responsible for developing more junior colleagues and supporting business development efforts. You will work closely with lawyers, wealth advisors and other professionals that support SHNW individuals with US aspects to their lives. To succeed, you will require strong technical skills – an understanding of CFCs, Subpart F income, GILTI and the potential election planning involved with these issues is critical as well as a proven track record of covering the responsibilities detailed above. These firm wants individuals to bring their whole selves to work and actively supports individuals to work in a way that suits them.
