US/UK Global Mobility Tax Manager/Senior

The Roles
These are client-facing position where you’ll deliver bespoke tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio. You’ll advise HR and Finance professionals, as well as founders and C-suite executives, on a broad range of personal and employment tax matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- As a Manager, you will be expected to manage and advise on UK/US tax compliance and planning as well as signUK/US tax returns. At Tax Senior role, you will be involved in tax return preparation.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Supporting business development through client relationship management and marketing initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Enrolled Agent or US CPA (essential).
- ATT and/or CTA (desirable).
- Experience signing US tax returns for at least one season to be a Manager or preparing US tax returns for at least two seasons for the Tax Senior role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
