The Roles

These are client-facing position where you’ll deliver bespoke tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio. You’ll advise HR and Finance professionals, as well as founders and C-suite executives, on a broad range of personal and employment tax matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • As a Manager, you will be expected to manage and advise on UK/US tax compliance and planning as well as signUK/US tax returns. At Tax Senior role, you will be involved in tax return preparation.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Supporting business development through client relationship management and marketing initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Enrolled Agent or US CPA (essential).
  • ATT and/or CTA (desirable).
  • Experience signing US tax returns for at least one season to be a Manager or preparing US tax returns for at least two seasons for the Tax Senior role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
