US Tax Director

Role Description

The Americas Tax Director is responsible for all aspects of tax for the Americas region to include tax planning, tax controversy, M&A and business partnering, whilst overseeing the outsourced tax reporting and compliance. You will also build and develop a world-class team of tax specialists, in what is a highly complex and changing tax landscape in a key territory for the Group.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a wealth of tax expertise gained in all aspects of corporate US tax law in addition to a broader understanding of international tax in a truly global business.
