A globally recognised professional services firm is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Manager to join its International Social Security (ISS) team in London. The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic ISS services to a diverse client base, including global banks, asset managers, and tech innovators. The role combines technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, offering the chance to lead client relationships, manage service delivery, and contribute to global advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ISS service delivery for multiple multinational clients
  • Lead core global ISS compliance services and act as primary client contact
  • Coordinate efforts across local and global teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients manage global social security liabilities
  • Liaise with government departments in the UK and internationally
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development

About You:

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in International Social Security, NIC, Assignment Management, or Expatriate Tax is highly desirable
