UK Employment Tax AM/Mgr/SM

Are you an experienced UK employment tax professional, passionate about advising clients and navigating complex regulations? This rapidly expanding employment team is looking to make a number of appointments at Assistant Manager/Manager and Senior Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from UK-based entrepreneurs and family businesses to multinational corporations across various industries.

As part of this dynamic team, you’ll provide technical advice, offer strategic insights, and help clients manage international employment tax risks. These roles will suit someone who thrives in solving client challenges and is enthusiastic about using technology to create data-driven solutions.

Your role will include providing practical and commercially-focused advice to clients on various employment tax issues; staying up to date with the latest regulations and best practices; managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients; building internal and external relationships; supervising junior staff and participating in business development activities (albeit this is not a pre-requisite).

To succeed, you will need a strong background in UK employment tax, covering topics such as labour supply chain issues, employment status, employer withholding, social security obligations, and related reporting (e.g., PSA, P11D). Experience in international employment taxes, including compensation and bonus sourcing, cross-border commuting, and employer compliance for different worker populations would also be advantageous.
