Treasury Systems Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and enhance the Global Treasury function’s key operating systems, particularly IT2.
- Ensure effective, up-to-date, and secure IT systems to support Treasury operations.
- Implement controls and interfaces for streamlined Treasury operations and automated reporting to senior management.
- Continuously optimize systems for efficient and minimal manual intervention.
- Play a strategic role in shaping the future direction of the Group’s Treasury systems.
- Oversee TMS administration and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Handle SWIFT reporting and system controls, including IT2, IT2 Anywhere, FXAll, AccessPay BankSense, Reuters Eikon connectivity, and environment testing.
- Plan and execute key patch releases and system version upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Treasury systems, preferably IT2, along with a proven track record in IT project management, system implementations, and upgrades.
- Familiarity with formal change control procedures to maintain operational integrity of Treasury systems.
- Desirable qualifications in Treasury, Accounting, or IT.
- Strong understanding of Treasury activities in a large head office function.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to quickly contribute to the team’s objectives.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Background in systems upgrades, implementations, user acceptance testing, and user training.
