Brewer Morris is exclusively representing a private equity manufacturing firm for the recruitment of a Treasury Manager. This role has a number of specific responsibilities whilst being expected to respond flexibly to the needs of the department. The key purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the department through overseeing process controls / improvements.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for liquidity and cash management including all debt facilities and compliance with senior debt facilities
  • Initiate and lead operational cash management and working capital improvement initiatives to optimise cash generation and net debt reduction
  • Oversight, reporting, and performance improvement in credit risk management
  • Evaluation and reporting of all interest rate & FX hedging
  • Oversight of all cash forecasting (rolling forecast, budgets, 5-year planning)
  • Oversight and coordination of all local banking and financing activities
  • Developing, communicating & policing appropriate treasury policies and procedures
  • Primary point of contact for lenders, rating agencies, banks & other financing sources
  • Provide ad hoc support as required on all treasury related projects

General Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • AMCT or ACCA qualified (preferred)
  • Strong experience in a treasury group role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team orientated with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate (Excel and Word)
