Seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash operations of the EMEA Region, implementing efficient cash management processes, forecasting cashflows, managing net working capital, and ensuring effective foreign exchange risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management:
Manage the day-to-day cash management of the EMEA Region, overseeing HSBC and Citibank cash pools and sub cash pools within the region.

Cashflow Forecasting:
Collaborate with Corporate Treasury to implement and roll out an optimum cash forecasting tool and discipline, ensuring accurate and reliable cashflow forecasts.

Net Working Capital:
Work closely with the VP, EMEA Finance to track and manage NWC across the region, implementing strategies to optimize working capital efficiency.

Treasury Systems Streamlining:
Assist the Group Treasury team in streamlining Kyriba & Blackline systems, ensuring seamless and efficient treasury operations.

Foreign Exchange Risk Management:
Execute FX deals for intercompany payments, TP settlements, and cash movements on behalf of non-CP entities, effectively managing foreign exchange risks.

Team Management:
Directly and indirectly manage a team of 2 Treasury Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team’s success and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on cash management, cashflow forecasting, and foreign exchange risk management.
  • Strong expertise in treasury systems, including Kyriba and Blackline, with a proven track record in system implementations and process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and financial market trends.
  • Previous experience in managing a team is preferred.
