Treasury Analyst
Support for Head of Treasury in all areas and have full control of FX trading and strategy, debt management and general operational Treasury matters.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Management of Group’s debt and hedging book in Anaplan – ca. EUR 7.0bn.
- IR and FX trading for both Funds and Corporate.
- Analyse and negotiate term sheets for new loans.
- Provide support to Head of Treasury and Senior Treasury Manager and fund teams in order to raise new debt.
- Draft or sign off on IC papers from a debt and hedging perspective.
- Underwrite debt and hedging costs for new deals/refinancings for use in the IC process.
- Work with Fund teams to achieve efficient and effective cash management.
- Liaising with individual Fund teams in order to compile quarterly investor reports.
- Produce monthly market update for company wide distribution.
- Complete quarterly input of Treasury risks into the Group Risk and Compliance Committee.
- Ad hoc management reports
Job Requirements
- Real estate and/or debt experience.
- ACT qualified or in progress.
- Bloomberg experience.
- Self starter – it’s a small team so candidate must use initiative and own their responsibilities.
- Extremely well organised and able to hit deadlines.
- Good people skills – the role will involve a lot of interaction across the business both internally and externally.
- Travel as required.
