For the area(s) of expertise, the Transfer Pricing lead must ensure that:
Tax policies, processes, strategies and reporting are properly as well as consistently deployed group-wide
- The Group's global transfer pricing policies are in line with value creation of the underlying business model and compliant with international and local regulations
- They have a specific levels of experience as well as superior business understanding given projects tend to be complex, large in scope, and of significant importance to the organization
- They have the requisite soft skills given they will be required to readily interact with various counterparts throughout the organization, promoting cross-functional teamwork to engage the requisite resources
- They build relationships with external advisors and consultants to enhance the level of service to the organization
- They collaborate with Regional Tax Leads, providing recommendations to the VP Global Tax & Treasury to effectively manage the organization's effective tax rate as well as tax risk exposure
- The incumbent must therefore proactively take a forward-looking view and provides insight to as well as advises to maximize value.
Education
- Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Finance, Law, or similar
- Master's in Business Administration preferred
- Degree in taxation or finance (CPA, CFA)
- English business proficiency (written and spoken)
Experience
- 8 -12 years' experience in tax as a manager with an emphasis on Transfer Pricing
- Superior leadership experience
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
- Experience in a Big4 Accounting firm, with focus on tax
- Knowledge or specific business understanding
