Overview
An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Transfer Pricing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including multinational groups, privately owned businesses, and high-growth organisations, providing strategic and technical transfer pricing advice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued development of the firm’s transfer pricing offering.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver transfer pricing projects, including:
- Documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
- Transfer pricing policy design and implementation
- Benchmarking analyses and economic studies
- Permanent establishment and profit attribution work

Provide technical advice on UK and international transfer pricing matters, including OECD guidelines and BEPS developments

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining strong, long-term relationships

Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance

Support partners and directors in business development activities, including:
- Preparing proposals and pitch materials
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across service lines
- Contributing to marketing initiatives and thought leadership

Collaborate with colleagues across tax and advisory teams on multidisciplinary projects

Ensure all work is delivered to a high technical standard and in line with internal risk and compliance procedures
Candidate Profile

Proven experience in transfer pricing within a professional services environment (practice or advisory)

Strong technical knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines

Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Strong analytical skills, with experience in economic analysis and financial data interpretation

Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and developing team members

Commercial awareness and an interest in developing new business
Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA / CTA / ADIT or equivalent (or working towards)
