Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing
Overview
An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Transfer Pricing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including multinational groups, privately owned businesses, and high-growth organisations, providing strategic and technical transfer pricing advice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued development of the firm’s transfer pricing offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver transfer pricing projects, including:
    • Documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
    • Transfer pricing policy design and implementation
    • Benchmarking analyses and economic studies
    • Permanent establishment and profit attribution work
  • Provide technical advice on UK and international transfer pricing matters, including OECD guidelines and BEPS developments
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance
  • Support partners and directors in business development activities, including:
    • Preparing proposals and pitch materials
    • Identifying cross-selling opportunities across service lines
    • Contributing to marketing initiatives and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with colleagues across tax and advisory teams on multidisciplinary projects
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high technical standard and in line with internal risk and compliance procedures

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in transfer pricing within a professional services environment (practice or advisory)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in economic analysis and financial data interpretation
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and developing team members
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in developing new business

Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA / ADIT or equivalent (or working towards)
