Our client are top ten-ranked auditors and tax advisers based in London With in-depth expertise in many fields of tax, accountancy and finance, They work for clients ranging from large, listed corporates and SMEs to individuals, their families and their businesses.
The Firm has never operated a Transfer Pricing (“TP”) Function, recognising this as a specialist skillset, and one which historically saw little demand, with a primarily SME client base. Accordingly, TP support was primarily provided by advisors in overseas jurisdictions, with support provided in some cases by specialists in the firms International Network.
However in recent years the client base and their needs has developed to encompass larger businesses with more complex needs both in the UK and overseas. Accordingly, the level of TP related enquiries has grown significantly in the past 12-18 months to lead the partners to seek an external candidate to start, and hopefully build, a Transfer Pricing Practice.
This a great opportunity for a senior manager/director looking to make a step up into a leadership role with a clear path to partner.
