We have a current opportunity for a US GAAP Tax Reporting Senior Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. Please do review the role specification below, and apply if this is of interest.

This role will be primarily responsible for US GAAP tax reporting for the Group. As part of your role, you will work closely with Group Finance, Group Reporting and other key stakeholders in the business, as well as Finance teams in other jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of US GAAP tax reporting and budgetary requirements on a timely basis
  • Reviewing the preparation of tax calculations for external reporting and internal forecasting
  • Preparation and/or review of tax reporting supporting documentation and evidence for US GAAP and IFRS reporting purposes
  • Working with divisional finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting into Group
  • Proactively identifying and helping to mitigate tax risks within the group
  • Reviewing and communicating advice to be shared with stakeholders in the business and assisting with specific external reporting disclosure obligations
  • Ensuring the business adheres to a SOX controlled tax reporting environment
