Our client is a global market leader searching for a Tax Reporting Assistant Manager to join the established tax team in Leeds.

This is a newly created role as the business grows from strength to strength, and you will work in the Tax Reporting team which amounts to 4 people. As a Tax Reporting Assistant Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing tax calculations for external reporting and internal forecasting.
  • Preparing tax reporting supporting documentation and evidence for US GAAP and IFRS reporting purposes
  • Assisting with global projects to ensure the finance function meet their requirements.
  • Identifying tax risks within the group.

Ideally, you are ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified with experience in IFRS tax reporting. US GAAP tax reporting is advantageous but not an essential requirement. Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.

This role is offering £58,000-68,000 depending on experience, 20% discretionary bonus, share options, and a host of benefits. The tax team follow a 1-2 day hybrid working pattern.
