Tax Manager
Tax Manager:
We are working with a leading global Financial Services group to hire a Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax across a diverse international portfolio.
This is a broad, hands-on role covering corporate tax compliance, reporting, and strategic projects, with exposure to multiple jurisdictions including the UK and Europe.
The role is a 12-15 month contract and candidates will ideally be available from June onwards
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate tax returns and international filings
- Review tax reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Manage IPT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing matters
- Support on M&A activity, restructuring, and OECD Pillar 2 projects
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Drive improvements in tax processes, controls, and governance
About You:
- Qualified (CTA / ACA / ACCA)
- Strong UK corporate tax knowledge with international exposure
- Experience in practice or financial services is an advantage
- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
