Tax Director – 6 months
Tax Director interim 6 months tax job in London requires a real estate experienced senior tax professional for this interim tax job.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and to an overseas Global Head of Tax, the Tax Director role will involve managing the UK tax function, liaising effectively with stakeholders and to represent the UK tax function at the Group level.
Key duties will involve:
- Structuring and restructuring of new projects and of existing projects.
- Leading on UK tax strategy.
- Manage the UK tax reporting and audit process.
- Scope out tax planning opportunities and implement.
- Implement and monitor BEPS requirements.
The successful Tax Director will have real estate tax experience and have managed UK tax compliance, reporting and advisory matters. Staff management experience is key to be able to lead the team, and to ensure all tax deadlines are delivered on by the members.
