Tax Director

Our client is the investment fund of a UHNW family office, and is looking for a Tax Director / Senior Manager. The fund is invested in a variety of companies from start-ups to property businesses in the U.K., Europe and Middle East. This role reports to the Strategy Director who works closely with the Principal of the fund.

Our client need a full-time tax professional to proactively manage all aspects of the tax affairs of the corporate investees. Ideally, the individual would have a corporate, owner-managed business background with experience of all the issues that come with venture-backed start-ups. Risk-managing all taxes is a vital part of the role. Assuring the provision of information to third party tax return preparers (Big 4) including the Principal’s Tax return.

Based out of the offices in London, this is a small team that works on a hybrid basis. So this would suit someone who enjoys an environment where no day is the same and you enjoy building close relationships with colleagues across the business. There is a competitive base salary (£100-150,000) as well as a discretionary bonus, and benefits package.
