Role Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, international, and local tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize the effective tax rate in partnership with legal and operational teams.
  • Manage tax-related financial reporting, including preparation of tax provisions, deferred tax analysis, and related disclosures.
  • Lead global tax planning efforts, including income tax, transfer pricing strategies, and indirect tax initiatives.
  • Stay current on and apply updates to tax regulations, ensuring organizational compliance and readiness.
  • Oversee global treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash management processes, and capital staging.
  • Assist in managing global insurance programs to align with overall financial strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation from an accredited institution.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate tax leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on initiatives and implement effective tax solutions.
