Our client has a fully remote position for a Senior Tax Analyst based out of anywhere in the United States. This is a growing company offering outstanding benefits and room for growth in their North American division.


  • Assist in preparing worldwide income tax provisions under ASC 740 and IAS 12/IFRIC 23 for legal entities or legal entity groups including related footnotes and disclosures.
  • Assist in preparing US and foreign income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities.
  • Handle tax estimates and other necessary filings.
  • Prepare US and foreign informational tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities.
  • Handle income tax notices and inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct research to confirm tax positions on federal and state returns.
  • Assist with transfer pricing requirements, cash management, intercompany agreements, country-by-country filing requirements, tax planning, and other tax-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external functions across departments.


  • A. or B.S. in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant tax experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and VLOOKUPs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large ERP systems
  • Familiarity with income tax provision for multinational organizations
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively in pursuit of licensure
