About the Job
My client, a fast-growing international scale-up, is looking for an enthusiastic Tax Accounting Specialist to join their expanding tax team in Amsterdam. In this newly created role, you will be the key bridge between the Tax Lead and the finance team: owning tax‑related data, ensuring accuracy across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting audits in France, Germany, and the Netherlands. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and is ready to grow into a managerial position as the function expands. The position follows a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all tax accounting processes across the Netherlands, France and Germany
- Ensure the good quality and completeness of data
- Support audits in the Netherlands, France, and Germany
- Act as the link between the Tax Lead and the wider finance team to ensure consistent and reliable information
- Contribute to the development of the tax functions in the company and grow together with the team
About You
- You have about 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a closely related field
- Love to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- You are proactive, hands-on, and passionate about the quality of your work
- You are eager to grow into a leadership role
- Have full fluency in English
