We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand as they expand and build their new corporate headquarters in Melbourne, FL. They are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to play a strategic role in their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee financial statement preparation, intra/intercompany reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, capital expenditures, and revenue recognition compliance.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to optimize financial reporting and business performance.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Refine accounting policies and implement best practices for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in SAP or ERP systems, with a deep understanding of GAAP.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
