Job Title: Senior Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager

Department: Tax Reporting and Compliance

Role Overview: The Senior Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager will have direct responsibility for calculating the global tax provision, along with associated tax-related SEC disclosures and management reporting, as well as U.S. income tax compliance.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual global tax provisions and associated supporting schedules in OneSource Tax Provision for SEC filings on a GAAP and non-GAAP basis.
  • Prepare and review tax adjustment reconciliations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilities.
  • Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns.
  • Lead tax technology and automation initiatives to improve tax data collection, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for OneSource Tax Provision and other applications to ensure accurate and efficient tax reporting and compliance workflows.
  • Manage the preparation of state extension and estimated tax payment calculations to ensure timely and accurate filings in compliance with applicable tax laws and deadlines.
  • Reconcile all tax accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of variances across all tax categories.
  • Support and coordinate responses to tax audits and notices issued by tax authorities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Address inquiries from internal and external business partners related to the tax department.
  • Collaborate with other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, providing analytical support, and assisting with other special projects as needed.
  • Stay current on tax law changes and changes in the company’s business activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax compliance and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent); CPA or MST preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in multinational corporate tax and public accounting.
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740 accounting for income taxes and associated reporting.
  • Expertise in OneSource Tax Provision required; experience with Alteryx preferred.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple requests timely in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and business partners.
