Senior Tax Manager

They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to serve as the first U.S.-based tax hire, offering a unique opportunity to establish processes, partner with leadership, and help build a scalable tax organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance activities
- Manage tax provision processes and financial reporting requirements
- Support tax planning initiatives and business growth projects
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Develop tax processes, controls, and best practices
- Assist with international tax and cross-border matters
Qualifications
- CPA and/or Master’s in Tax preferred
- 8+ years of corporate tax experience
- Strong experience in tax compliance and provision
- Ability to operate independently in a highly visible role
- Public accounting and industry experience preferred
