Senior Tax Attorney
Seeking sharp and driven SENIOR TAX ATTORNEYS for our dynamic and growing client in Southeast, Florida with a large and Best-in-Class tax department.
These attorneys will play a key role in supporting the Chief Tax Officer and the senior tax planning leaders in managing the most cutting edge of transactions and will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of various worldwide tax projects, including analyzing relevant tax law for tax planning transactions; working with foreign and domestic tax advisors to understand relevant tax rules; partnering with multiple business units to understand both domestic and foreign tax implications; and reviewing financial models to illustrate the tax consequences of various alternatives
- Work with Governmental Affairs, Investor Relations, and Communications to promote the Company’s legislative priorities and assist with communications
- Communicate complex technical tax issues to Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders
- Negotiate, draft and review tax provisions in deal documents
- Prepare and review technical tax memoranda
- Manage and develop team members
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
