My client is a Fortune 150 company leader within the real estate industry. This role offers a great work environment on a team with historically low turnover, diverse exposure across tax areas, tax technology project exposure and excellent opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of US federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and other necessary filings for various entities such as corporations and partnerships.
  • Tax Provision: Assist in the preparation of global income tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740, including the analysis and reconciliation of deferred taxes.
  • Tax Accounting: Manage records related to income taxes, including deferred tax assets/liabilities and valuation allowances.
  • Tax Examination Management: Help with audits at the federal and state levels, review proposed adjustments, and prepare responses for disputed adjustments.
  • Special Projects: Participate in tax research and special projects such as M&A due diligence, tax planning, and other tax-related activities.

What They’re Looking For:

  • 1-2+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm (open to top 10)
  • B.A., B.S. in Accounting/Finance
  • Masters in Tax or CPA in process is desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CorpTax (plus), OneSource, Alteryx
  • Experience with AI-driven, tax technology implementations/optimizations is desired
