Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable regulations
- Actively monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders
- Foster proactive collaboration with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Drive the optimization and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Generate insightful analyses and reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications are advantageous
- Extensive experience in Regulatory Reporting within the financial sector
- In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the financial services sector
- Proficiency in using specialized reporting tools and software
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
