Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services

I am working with a top global Accounting firm to expand part of their regional Transaction Advisory Services team. Are you currently an Auditor in Practice, or working in Deals/M&A and interested in shifting your career path? Or perhaps you already work in Transaction Advisory Services and are keen to experience a new environment?

Based out of Bristol, you will join a talented team and deliver quality advice and reports to a range of clientele. You will be an integral part of the team, and a valued representative of the global standard set by the firm. This role is best suited for an individual who is proactive, collaborative, and driven by self-development and progression. You will work closely with clients, and alongside the firm’s leadership of directors and partners who are also committed to seeing you develop in your role

Main responsibilities:

– Manage client engagements by overseeing projects regarding scope, resourcing, budgeting, and timelines

– Preparation of reports for clients individually and through reviewing those collated by others

– Manage a team of junior staff daily in terms of client briefs, supervision of work and staff development

– Maintain existing client relationships as a key point of contact and through the management of risks throughout

– Lead business development through the identification of new opportunities, assisting in service stream development and supporting with pitches

– Work collaboratively to support recruitment, share knowledge and feedback across the business in order to maintain the quality set across the firm globally

Requirements:

– ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent

– Accustomed to the remit and technical knowledge underpinning Transaction Advisory Services activities

– Demonstrable experience of managing a team

– Excellent people skills, ideally demonstrated in the context of business development and general client-facing activities
