Our client, an international Blue Chip and market leader in the professional services industry, are seeking an FP&A Senior Manager on a permanent basis. Based in the southern home counties, this role will follow a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office per week.

Reporting into the Controller, this is a very “hands-on” role for an organised, collaborative, and tenacious individual who takes initiative and is keen to improve and streamline systems and processes. A global role, this will involve management of a digital resource in Chennai and effective interaction with senior stakeholders across the business to produce high quality analysis, insight and forecasting for the Controller. You will be responsible for coordinating the consolidation and publication of monthly reporting, driving the development and adoption of FP&A best practice and refining and building reporting dashboards and presentations. Other responsibilities include collating and reviewing SOX reports and performing ad hoc analyses as directed by the Controller.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with several years’ PQE and extensive FP&A experience in a large corporate. You will have a demonstrable track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and strong analytical and presentation skills. Additionally, you will be able to prioritise effectively and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and are willing to hit the ground running. Advanced Microsoft Office and an understanding of Salesforce is required, and PowerBI experience is desirable.

Offering a competitive salary, this is the perfect opportunity for a commercially-astute finance professional to take a step up into a Senior Manager position with great prospects for progression within the business as they continue to grow.
