Senior FP&A Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Supports Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis and other functional leaders on business case analyses to support critical business decisions, inclusive of NPV, ROI and P&L impact(s). Ownership of financial models & KPIs to assess ongoing health of the business.
- Partner with cross-functional business partners to develop driver based and bottoms up models to forecast and budget for key metrics, revenue, and expenses.
- Provides financial guidance through strong business partnering skill set. Evaluates business decisions using data-driven methodology & effectively communicate findings to respective business partners..
- Develops informative financial analysis through the collection, organization, and validation of data from various sources using spreadsheet and database software; Supports development of a company-wide business intelligence platform.
- Identifies and communicates material (Revenue, Costs, KPIs) trends or deviations from targets that require management attention/action; Prepares financial bridges and commentary to Senior Manager for functional or divisional business reviews.
- Supports Strategic Planning process for weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual and annual budgeting/forecasting process; performs in-depth review to ensuring completeness/accuracy/validity.
- Drives standardization, process improvement, productivity initiatives as well as other ad-hoc requests.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 4+ years experience in an analytical discipline; proficiency in data manipulation & analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience partnering with employees across various levels of the organization
- Proficient within Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with SAP/CRM, Oracle or other ERP Applications
- Experience with analytical tools inclusive of SAP BI and MS Power BI
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
