What You’ll Do
- Assist with the preparation and filing of the quarterly and annual reports (10-K & 10-Qs).
- Prepare internal financial reporting packages for senior management.
- Work closely with investor relations and accounting teams as needed.
- Assist with statement of cash flows, consolidations, and other related functions
What We’re Looking For
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, or actively pursuing with at least 1 part passed
- Experience working in internal and external financial reporting in a public accounting or corporate environment
