Senior Finance Transformation Manager
Our client, a FTSE 100 business in the FMCG industry is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Finance Transformation, this role will be responsible for the delivery of improvement in end-to-end financial processes, information, and data at the business. This is a great role for a finance professional to shape long term changes within finance and financial processes and will involve working on interesting and varied projects.
You will be responsible for building relationships across all business divisions and working collaboratively with key stakeholders in finance and the wider business. Further, you will identify opportunities for process improvement within Finance, developing and implementing these initiatives to simplify, automate and transform finance processes. Working with internal and external teams, you will help shape the landscape and solutions that will enable the finance team to achieve its strategic goals.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, having post qualification experience managing people and in a variety of finance roles. You will be process-oriented with a logical mindset and knowledge of transformation through business process change, automatic and data analytics. Strong financial and analytical acumen is crucial, and proven experience working in a large organisation with multi-currency and multi-national exposure is required. You will have the credibility to influence senior leaders across the business, with strong planning and project management skills.
Although contractually office-based, there is an element to flexibility in this role, with an average of 2-3 days in the office a week and travel outside of London may be required.
