Senior Finance Manager
Our client, a dynamic management consultancy, is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their Finance Operations team in Oxfordshire.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for the operation and performance of key elements of the business’ core finance and accounting function, including GL maintenance, transactional processing, management reporting, cash management and forecasting, payroll, compliance, taxes, and statutory audit.
As the company are developing their digital finance capabilities, the Senior Finance Manager will be the driving force behind digital transformation, enhancing data quality and operationalising data in order for it to be leveraged by the entire finance function.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with team management experience and strong technical accounting skills. You will have a deep understanding of financial processes and systems and experience working in a high-performing finance function or professional service provider. A confident communicator, you are comfortable presenting to large audiences and strive to provide a high level of services to stakeholders.
