Senior Finance Analyst
My client is a prestigious and growing boutique Real Estate Advisory firm based in London. They’re looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst into their growing finance team.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a qualified accountant with a good track record of understanding and interpreting financials to join the team in a truly commercial role with great exposure to senior stakeholders. The role itself reports directly into the Head of Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking responsibility for preparing the annual budget and forecasts as well as variance analysis.
- Supporting the Head of Finance with the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems.
- Working to identify and implementing streamlining initiatives to provide clear and concise information.
- Assisting the Head of Finance in developing KPIs and understanding performance against KPIs.
- Working with the PowerBI analyst to maintain and develop reports
- Assist in preparation of other ad hoc financial reports as and when required.
- Other ad hoc process improvement initiatives.
Required skills and experience.
- A qualified qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with ideally 1-4 years PQE.
- Experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role.
- Proven track record of efficiently extracting analyzing and presenting data.
- Experience effectively managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced Excel skillsare essential.
- Any experience with Power BI or similar software for understanding data.
- Track record of successfully identifying process improvements
