Role Overview

As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will:

  • Advise on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
  • Deliver tax planning solutions for major property deals and investment structures.
  • Manage client relationships and lead on key projects with support from senior leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience.
  • Proven track record in real estate tax or transaction tax advisory is desirable but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambition to progress quickly in a fast-paced environment.
