Role Overview
As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will:
- Advise on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
- Deliver tax planning solutions for major property deals and investment structures.
- Manage client relationships and lead on key projects with support from senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience.
- Proven track record in real estate tax or transaction tax advisory is desirable but not a must.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambition to progress quickly in a fast-paced environment.
